• Delivery Rates: We offer FREE delivery across India on all orders.
• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched from Ahmedabad within 24 to 48 business hours of confirmation.
• Transit Timeline: Once dispatched, shipments generally take 3 to 7 business days to reach you, depending on your geographic location.
• Payment Method: We offer Cash On Delivery (COD). You can also pay the delivery agent via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) at the moment of delivery.
• Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or phone number as soon as the dispatch label is created.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ayurvedic formulations. Please review our refund guidelines:

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement by emailing us or messaging our support line, provided the product has not been dispatched.
• Returns on Opened Items: Due to health, sanitary, and clinical safety regulations of wellness formulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
• Damaged or Defective Shipments: If you receive a damaged jar or leaking bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video proof. We will arrange a free replacement shipment immediately.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive a different churna or syrup than what was ordered, we will ship the correct item immediately at no extra cost and arrange reverse pick-up for the incorrect one.
